Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not happy with your product, please let me know! I will issue you a full store credit refund and upon the return of your item, all you have to do is send it back to the address from which you received within 30 days.
  • Upon the situation of an exchange (for size etc.) please know that I will get your package to you as soon as possible.
  • Returns are limited to products, not services. Services will require a different agreement.
  • Returns for store credit are limited to $100. Under circumstance of a larger amount, please reach out to me, and I will work with you on your particular situation.
  • If you make a purchase by accident, or purchase the wrong thing, please reach out to me within 24hrs of placing your order.

I am a smal business, and all orders are packed and shipped by me. Please be patient and understand that i will do my best to work with you and get you your package asap. your experience and business is very important to me.

Absolutely! I offer some of my products custom as well. This is noted on those products. Color, metal type, paper & design can be customized on select items of mine. As an alternative, you can also bring me your own design or ideas as well!
